1. Seller hasn’t shipped domestically yet
Chinese sellers can take 3–7 business days to dispatch. Fix: If “Purchasing” is stuck for 5+ business days, contact GTbuy support to follow up.
2. Chinese public holidays
Chinese New Year (Jan–Feb), Golden Week (Oct 1–7) and Labour Day (May 1–5) can pause orders for 7–14 days.
